About the role:

As a Customer Service Officer in our Head Office, you will be at the frontline of inbound phone calls from customers all over the state. You will be responsible for handling a variety of customer enquiries, directing them to the appropriate teams all while delivering a high standard of professionalism and outstanding customer service.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

– Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call centre environment
– Answering and responding to incoming calls, ensuring a timely response to customers
– Resolving customer queries in line with operational requirements
– Monitoring communication with the Despatch team, including phone, radio and email 
– Liaising with QPS, TMR and insurance/roadside companies efficiently 
– Providing general administrative support to the office environment

About you:

To be a successful applicant for this role you must be able to demonstrate:

– Experience in a customer service-based role (call centre highly regarded)
– Possess outstanding communication, both verbally and written
– A positive and energetic approach to your work
– Intermediate computer knowledge 
– The ability to work in a face paced team environment 
– Effective problem-solving skills 
– Possess efficient time management skills
– A desire to learn and take on feedback
– The ability to work a rotating roster, including some weekend work
