HR & HSEQ Administrator - Sunshine Coast

About the role

We have a new role to join our team as the HR & HSEQ Administrator. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR & HSEQ Administrator will be responsible for the administration, coordination and monitoring of the company’s HR and HSEQ systems. This role may be suited to a mid to entry level candidate.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process including to place ads, schedule interviews and onboard new team members;
  • Create and maintain electronic employee and contractor files;
  • Manage the continuous improvement register;
  • Assist with employee induction and training;
  • Administer the employee exit procedure;
  • Prepare documentation such as contracts and letters;
  • Process scanning, filing and archiving tasks;
  • Provide support to assist management as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills:

  • Previous experience in an admin role;
  • High attention to detail with a keen eye for error;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills;
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs;
  • Well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills; and
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.

This is a busy role with opportunities for growth and development for a motivated individual who is keen to learn. Would suit someone with a strong administration background and interest in HR and HSEQ. Remuneration is based on experience and will be discussed at the interview stage.

Fast forward 53 years and Clayton’s has grown to be one of Australia’s largest towing companies with 15 depots in major cities across Queensland and towing services operating across the State.
