About the role

We have an exciting opportunity that has become available to join our team as a Transport Manager, managing a team of Tow Trucks Operators.

This role will include accountability for a wide range of tasks including:

  • Manage a team of Tow Truck Operators
  • Maintain Rostering
  • Facilitate recruitment of Tow Truck Operators
  • Complaint/incident handling and resolution to implement corrective and preventative actions
  • Monitor and provide effective communication with staff
  • Creating and maintaining positive relationships with Key Clients

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in a Leadership role within the Transport Industry
  • Ability to recognise and implement priority of work tasks to a high standard of work productivity
  • High level of motivation to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient computer skills and Transport Management system experience

Fast forward 53 years and Clayton’s has grown to be one of Australia’s largest towing companies with 15 depots in major cities across Queensland and towing services operating across the State.
