Clayton’s Towing Service is local to the Sunshine Coast and has been in operation for almost 50 years. We are a well established and reputable business that provides essential services to the general public and well renowned organisations such as automotive clubs, equipment hire companies, local councils, Queensland Police and much more.

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the team at our Head Office in Nambour. This position will be responsible for a range of duties working flexibly as part of a team. The responsibilities will include to:

  • Answering and responding to incoming calls, ensuring timely support to customers
  • Resolving customer service queries in line with operational requirements
  • Monitoring communication within the Dispatch office including phone, radio and email
  • Assist with job dispatching duties
  • Provide administrative support

Skills, experience & attributes

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Solid computer skills
  • A positive and proactive approach
  • Ability to work as a team in a support role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Time management skills
